Safe parking in front of Hotel. Checkin staff very friendly and quick. Hotel was pretty empty. Nice , clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good valie for the money

We found this hotel amazing value for money. They did a special deal for Gold Expedia members and we snapped it up! It was very clean. One thing I didn’t like is that we arrived at 8:00pm. We wanted to get something to eat and the only thing that was available was leftover fish and potato and they wanted to charge us €25 each to eat the leftovers. We went to a pizza place down the road which was fine. Breakfast was great though!!

Staff and Service were great very welcoming and friendly and if you have kids they will make you feel at home. Only downside was the breakfast and not having our towels changed daily. In the land of fruits and coffee we had a better time to buy some at the local market. Fruits will taste great at the local market, avoid supermarkets for fruits. Otherwise free parking outside the resort was ok depending on which hours you leave and comeback. I recommend walking from the resort to the city as it can be very challenging to park next to the beach and the local police will fine you mercilessly, It didnt happen to us but local police work 24/7 so you better park in local train stations and walk a bit. Again a big thank you for the staff, my pregnant wife forgot her phone in her room and we were about to leave and they were running across the parking to give it back to us, Thank you again ! :)

The AC was broken - hotter inside then outside. They kept on insisting that people were working on it. Defensively, the woman at the front office suggested that is was warm because the door is open to outside. And I said “Yes, I know because it is cooler outside. I am aware that the hotel keycard and doors stop the AC from running. We ran it all night and it does’t work.” It was nearly impossible to sleep in that room. And after 24 hours of no resolution to fix the AC, provide a fan or suggest an alternative, we left early and asked for a refund. They told me to talk to Expedia who wrote up a request for refund. No answer. Very poor customer service. And this is NOT a 4-star resort, it is a run down 2-star timeshare.

We apologize for the technical problem with the air condition that we solved promptly: it’s worth to note that according to the meteo archives, that mentioned day the average temperature was 32 ° and the maximum 34 ° therefore it is not correct to state that outside it was cooler that inside, the opposite was true and the aircon was working at least partially. Room for improvement!

Some parts of the resort were excellent, like the pool, the sun beds and peaceful location. Other parts were not like the the unkept gardens, footpaths, let down on the activities particularly the football that our two boys were looking forward to, only to be told to go and speak to the activities team. The only suncream for sale in the on site shop was factor 6!! When asked the receptionist for a taxi, I was given a taxi business card, I had to ask them to call them for me! In the description of the room it says daily housekeeping, this is not correct, we had to pay extra for clean towels and toilet paper. In the hotel description it says near the beach, I would say that a 40 minute walk down hill and a 40 minute walk uphill is not close to the beach. The place is missing good vibes and decent leadership.
