Beware sensitive noses! Nice lobby area with tables to play cards or a board games and room was clean and cozy. Would otherwise give this place 5 stars but, as someone sensitive to perfumes/chemical scent sprays, the smell was pretty unbearable. I ended up having to sleep in my vehicle to get a break, while my travel-mate (not so sensitive to smells) used the room. Not sure if the sprays are used to conceal some other smells but management may want to consider that some of us have noses that work quite well.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was just as advertised, it was very clean, and the staff was exceptional.
We would stay there again and also fully recommend it.
The only slights are that 1) we were visiting Capitol Reef NP and this isn't as close as places in Torrey, 2) It looks like they may have provided breakfast in the past but no longer do so.
But other than that, it was perfect.

This owner run property is very nice with a "bed and breakfast" feel. The room was nicely furnished. The cost was very reasonable. Ryan made us feel right at home.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Room was an excellent size with everything we needed. Guest services… Ryan and Cynthia are lovely people who care that their guests have a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who plans on spending the day in Capitol Reef.

Beautifully decorated throughout. The owners were extremely kind and helpful -- even carried some of our bags up the stairs!
