The property is perfect for families with children. It is convenient to shopping, dining and beach. It is located up a fairly steep hill—not great for people who have limited mobility. The food was ok but not excellent. Perfect for younger families

I am very disappointed of this hotel. Very noisy overcrowded and poor organised. Long queues to restaurants, lifts and bar. It seems not enough staff for so many quests. Room was in very bad condition our friends change room twice as broken AC and dirty bathroom and all rooms seems the same. Not recommended if you want get rest on your holiday unless you like place like this.

Hotel Rosamar Garden was great for us, very family orientated, clean, friendly. There was a variety of food at mealtimes, there could've have been a bit more choice with the live cooking section, we did like the kids self service section. However I think this could have been improved if there was a self service drinks section - even getting water was sometimes difficult. The kids entertainment went on pretty late but they loved it. Pools are great! The room was small for four of us, could really do with a bit more space or more adjoining room options. We found it clean and overall had a great time.

Dear Joshua,We do not understand how you can rate at all your stay with us, knowing that the state in which you arrived to the hotel was appalling. Let us remind you that you were drunk in the middle of the street at midnight, sleeping on the pavement. Furthermore, the Police officers brought you to our hotel and, out of compassion, we accepted to accommodate you that same night, despite the fact that the check-in time is at 2.00 pm. All our staff were very kind and polite to you. We also have the surveillance camera records of the check in time as well as the moment when you spoke to the Reception Manager.In conclusion, your opinion is not valid for us and we will try to ignore it.Yours sincerely,

A basic stay

The hotel was ok. The facilities for children were great. The room was ok but had very poor air conditioning which when I complained about I was told to wait and it would eventually go cold. We ended up having to change rooms to a smaller room on the ground floor but the air con was still not great. There is a lot of food choice but all quite basic.
