We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours.
The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options.

We were travelling with 2 young kids and after hectic few days in Barcelona we booked this place as they had indoor swimming pool, gym, jacquzzi, kids club. Kids club was great but the rest of facilities were no good! Apparently the gym spa and jacquzzi was part of another building and had to be paid for seperately - this was not mentioned anywhere on the listing!!
Swimming pool was a joke, their massive indoor pool (advertised) was closed for renovation. Considering this was one of main reasons we went there, it was a waste of time.
No water provided in room, no kettle tea/coffee,hotel do not provide room service,no ironing board/iron.
This is definitely not 4 stars!!

Decent hotel, save visit until summer

I think we would have enjoyed the stay more if it was in season, we arrived the second week in October & everything was closed, pool bars closed, kids waterslides closed. This was a disappointment as we thought the season ended at the end of October.

Traveled with wife and 3 kids.
Here is what I thought:
Pros
+ Main pool is great and the kids pool has many big and small water slides
+ Staff is very nice and entertaining
+ Night shows were excellent
+ Food is fantastic
+ Hotel is very kids oriented and has a lot of activities for them
Cons
- Our room had a view of hotel pipes and we couldn't change it
- No lock on bathroom door (which is needed when traveling with small kids)
- It was hard to cross the room from one side to the other as there was only a small passage for a single person to cross
- The small table in the room was useless for working on it and main table's sitting area was just in front of the TV so you would block the TV if you wanted to work on it
- Many plates in dining room were broken and some were dirty
- Hotel exterior doesn't look that great (like all the other buildings in the city) but inside it's modern and very nice
Overall we really enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend it.

Last minute break
Posted 29 May 2015 on HotelsBooked at last minute stay here, emailed before hand as I have walking difficulties and requested low floor etc and all of my needs were met on arrival. Room clean and spacious only downside was the bed way to hard for comfort so took foam mattress off sofa bed and slept on that. Staff were friendly and helpful, food good and overall lovely holiday

Family friendly hotel

Pros: The daily activities especially the ones for children and teenagers.
Cons: More staff in the restaurant
Location: Quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the beach, local market on Tuesday, Water World is also nearby.
The hotel is ten minutes walk from the beach in a quiet location, there are a lot of activities to get involved in or if you just want to sun bathe there are several pools to chose from, I recommend the pool with the slides, adults and kids would enjoy this.

Hi,
The hotel far frm center, the carge for safe box 5€ per day, the pool ok but you need to buy towel, this is 3 star hotel not 4 star.
