Great place

Great place to stay, easy to get to even if in the city center. Parking on site is a bonus. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was that the Wifi coverage is pretty poor.

My first room had permanent stains in the tub, the blanket was ripped and had stains, part of the closet door was missing, there was a leak from the ceiling that dripped all night and created a puddle of water on the floor, and the room lacked all basic amenities, including a glass for water. The next day, the lock to the door stopped working. I had to wait at the hotel 2.5 hours before they could clean a different room and allow me to move into that one. That room was cleaner (although it had a huge crack in the wall), but the air conditioner didn't work on a day when the high reached 37 degrees Celsius (98 degrees Fahrenheit). It made for a long and uncomfortable night. Additionally, there is no way to lock the door from the inside, which meant that on two different occasions, hotel staff unexpectedly entered my room while I was in it! And while I believe they entered innocently thinking the room was empty, it was very uncomfortable to know that people could enter the room at any moment and without warning. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

One of the most horrible experience i had, due to bad hotel management I had a late check in, I called the hotel in advance to announce that i will be checking in late after 3 am, i called same day early in the morning to make sure it is fine and even asked if extra fees for late check-in is needed, but on the phone reception says no issue and welcome any time and your room will be ready. i arrive to the hotel at 3 am as i shared, the night janitor or night watch man checks me in, gives me a key and charges my card, and gives me a description to head to the apartment even though i booked a hotel room. i reach the apartment on the top floor which is dirty disgusting with no clean sheets and even a bathroom with a mob and bucket and no working flush on the toilet. room was called and damped. I go down to the reception to see what is this, and why i didn't get the room as in the picture on expedia, the night watchmen tells me they were over booked and the reception gave me this apartment as my room was given to other groups who checked in earlier. I slept in my full cloths for 2 hours and waited for the morning managers to get my money back and cancel my hotel charge. yes i got a refund but still i had a horrible experience due to bad management , i did book for 2 nights and eventhough the hotel offered me the best room they have for my second night as my booking should have, i changed hotel. to find out other guests on the same day had similar experience from sansi park

This hotel is a fantastic 3 star hotel, great service, in a great location and great amenities in then room. The bed was nice and comfortable and room size was great. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like to stay in Lleida.
