Hotel was in the middle of nowhere and didnt offer any meals which differed to what they advertised...very disappointing

It is painful to say that we are in the middle of nowhere, we are in a town surrounded by nature and beautiful houses, just a few minutes walk from one of the 5 restaurants in town. If for you, being outside a city full of asphalt is already being in the middle of nowhere, then maybe you are right.

Pros: It wasn't a 'budget' hotel
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: There's a petrol staion about 3 miles away, a small rocky beach about 2 miles away, and Llanes about 6 miles away
Quite hard to find until we realised that half the address was actually the distance in kilometers from some unknown place - it's about 5-6 miles from Llanes, not in the town itself but in a small village - not a lot else in the village, but the hotel and attached restaurant are all you need, particukarly if you're only staying one night. Staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant staff also. Would definately visit again.

Hubo una avería y nos quedamos sin agua.
Dejamos las toallas en el suelo para que las cambiasen y las volvieron a colocar sin cambiar. La categoría no se corresponde con un 3 estrellas

Manuel, sentimos el error con las toallas, si nos lo hubiera comentado en el mismo día lo habríamos podido solucionar sobre la marcha. En cuanto a la avería.... más que tratar de arreglarlo en el menor tiempo posible para restaurar la ducha y teniendo en cuenta que en todo momento las cisternas funcionaban... no podíamos hacer más. Esto no nos quita ni nos da categoría al hotel: cumplimos toda la legislación para tener 3 estrellas y en algunos aspectos hasta la superamos. Le envío un saludo no sin antes agradecerle que nos haya elegido para pasar unos días en Asturias.

Excelente atención
