Wonderful location with very easy walking to Promenade, etc. Nice character building. Very small room, but clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast

The property was very good, friendly, ideally situated. Would recommend staying here.
There wasn't anything to dislike other than the lift not working.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Central location. Very nice buffet breakfast.

Excellent price free parking voucher. Good position Excellent self service breakfast more food than you could eat fruit yogurt juice toast tea coffee full english breakfast including mushroom hash browns. Room was small excellent bathroom minor flats loose tap and towel rail but both worked. Clean tea coffee supplies daily. Overall excellent. Would recommend. Lift being relaxed.

The White Heather hotel was spotlessly cleaned everyday, my bed was made and the bathroom too. I have a disability to which they were extremely understanding and accomodated to my needs as a new lift was being fitted they put me on the first floor and made sure i was well looked after. Breakfast was delicious...my compliments to the chef! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and everyone looking for a beautifully refurbished central located property.

Booked hotel as I liked location and needed a hotel that had a lift and restaurant due to limited mobility. When I arrived was informed that the lift was not working and that the hotel was operating on a B & B basis. If I has been informed this whilst booking, I would have looked for alternative accommodation.

A convenient and quiet hotel right in the middle of Llandudno. Staff and overall hotel was lovely. Showers were a little on the smaller side which didnt cause problems but is worth mentioning. Breakfast was amazing and super convenient to help kickstart the day, with a variety of choices. Overall really impressed for the price and would stay again!
