It would be much appreciated if the Hotel would not park their own vehicle in the Disabled parking bay, making it unavailable for disabled customers.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Showers could be walk-in instead of over bath fitments for the sake of the elderly.

The Imperial was a lovely experience. It is a clean, friendly and convenient hotel. All the staff are superb and could not have been better.
The menu is a little limited, but otherwise it is really good.
