Posted 12 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe encountered a peaceful, picturesque part of Wales we hadn't been before. The hosts were simply the best, the house has an "air" of being comfy, calm & chilled. We were blessed with our hosts Karen & Bernie - who are so gracious & welcoming ("Thank-you so, so very much") - Karen's breaky was to die for - as my Mam would say 'what more do ya want - jam on it' speaking of which, is home-made no less & just outstanding. Thank-you again & it was OUR pleasure to have met such an amicable couple - ps:- thanks for putting up with the chatter-box lol :-) ;-) xxxx

Bernie and Karen were welcoming, friendly and made sure we our stay was a pleasant one with interesting suggestions to visit locally.
Good varied choice for breakfast.
Quiet scenic surrounding area.
Would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends.

Fantastic location for our 2-night stay. Very secluded but not too far from the coast and some of the bigger towns.
Karen and Bernie were our hosts - they were so friendly and welcoming, providing us with tea and biscuits on arrival, which we consumed outside in the garden - amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
The bedroom was light, airy and comfortable and we had sole use of a large adjoining bathroom. Breakfasts were superb - special mention must be made of Karen’s homemade marmalade and jam.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay - we’d give six stars if we could, and a bonus point that our genial hosts are classic car fans too :-)

Our room was lovely...clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed speaking with our hosts. We had a great stay!
