Our room was damp & smelled of mold. Water damage/mold evident in room & hallway. Bedding was damp. Carpet was damp & FILTHY. My daughters feet were BLACK & gritty after walking from shower to bed. No coffee cups in rm or coffee service area, just stryo condiment cups. Bathroom faucet was leaky, closet door handle broken. No extra TP. At checkout no Manager available, desk clerk offered some excuses, said no biz cards available so i could contact her manager. I rarely leave reviews of any sort but this place is a safety hazard & should just be shut down until it can be repaired. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM HAMPTON!!!

The room was terrible, smelled like mold, stains on the carpet, no shampoo, the tv didnt work, horrible experience. Filed a complaint with the company

All the stuff was good but why through Expedia charge me over $140 I get the $25 for deposit in case of damages and stuff. I don’t get that I just got another transaction taken out of my account for $225 after checkout and before time also I called and they said nothing was wrong with the room. I still haven’t gotten it back.

Worst stay ever!!!!

We stayed at the Livingston location, close to the lake. We didn’t physically check in until around 9:30pm, so when we arrived we were exhausted and just showered and went straight to bed. All night I was uncomfortable on the sheets and the air conditioner was running loudly and poorly. The next morning I woke up and when I removed the comforter I saw a disgusting site on the sheets and they had not been changed from the previous customer, they were stained all over and rough to the touch, I was horrified and disgusted! My daughter and I slept on I do t even know what it was nor do I want to imagine it. When I notified the front desk (Jessica) she basically argued with me and denied what we were looking at and said the manager was out of town the next 3 days and nothing could be done until then. Terrible customer service especially for paying over $100 a night for less than a 12 hour stay! I will post this photo and experience everywhere I can if this isn’t resolved soon!
