We stayed Friday night May 31 in room 218. The room itself was fine. Things went downhill the next morning. Hubby brought up coffee from the lobby. It was cold. Once we were ready to go, we went downstairs to have breakfast and check out. There was no one at reception when we passed by on our way to the breakfast room. There was no creamer for the coffee, and no milk for the cereal. There was a line for the waffle iron. We finally gave up on having breakfast and left. There was still no one at reception, and in our distraction with the breakfast situation, we came home with the room key cards. Do you need your cards back?

No staff. Really couldn't find anyone on property for hours. While looking for staff saw inside the room where they prepare the "breakfast". You don't want to know what that looked like.

It was very clean. The guy on 3-11shift was excellent and helpful, and answered all our questions and took care of things immediately.

The rooms are limited for extras, like coffee pot, side chair, Kleenex box, spare roll of toilet paper.

There was never anyone at the front desk. We arrived 1hr before check in time and search all of the property and called with no success. Also called the sister hotel. When we finally found a maintenance person (Jacob) who did go above and beyond to help us. Everyone we talked to pushed a $25 early check in even though by the time we found someone we only had 30 minutes before the actual check in. We ended up paying for 1 of the 3 rooms as we need to get ready for an event.

No staff available for an early check in. We happened to find the Maintainence person Jacob, who was great and he checked us in. Front counter staff did not come in till 3pm, we were there at 2pm

No staff at reception, took us forever to check in. Breakfast was supposed to be included, only item available was a waffle maker and coffee. Wouldn’t recommend to stay there.
