Receptionists were very polite as was the security staff.
The rooms are old, not updated, old tub shower a/c controls antiquated.

This hotel was one of the most expensive in the are. For 3 guests in a two queen bed room, It had one big and one small towel. One mini soap. One small blanket on each bed. The matresses were of a very poor quality and hard. The staff was nice but overworked. 6:00am to 10:00 am. The water in the pool was dirty.
I would not remommend this hotel to anyone

Posted 6 Aug 2018 on HotelsBeautiful location with very nice views from the rooms and restaurant, but it feels outdated, the rooms are old, the bed is not comfortable and the rooms and bathroom need to be remodeled!

Sadly we are located in Rio Dulce which is not very well known out in the world, so we don´t have the amount of tourism we would like and what could support expenses to keep a well renew hotel every while and then. We sure know you enjoyed the weather and location of the hotel at rio dulce. Hope to see you soon.

More than confortable. Excellent service from staff hotel; nice meals, good balance in his own proposition in the menu. fresh food. very clean. Nice to stay in Mansión del Río.
