Majority of staff were excellent.Disabled room needs attention and adjusting in some areas. Small rooms but overall glad we stayed.

The Ibis is in a very convenient location if you are looking to explore the Albert Docks area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Rooms are small but that wasn’t a surprise.

Hotel in a good location. But thats were it ends. Room very poor no usb for changing phones room very small two beds pushed together to make one bed and my husband fell down the gap in the bed and when you pay £203.00 for one night stay you would expect a better standard. No bin liner in the bins. Mattress very thin more like a mattress topper. Very disappointed with the quality of the room.

A few minutes walk from the bus station, the docks and Liverpool one. Shame the museum are on strike. Apart from that beautiful city
