Good stay! Just consider if your flight is too early, there are no taxis in the city to drive you to the airport

They were doing renovations (actually a complete overhaul of the property), which is great, but it did create some minor inconveniences. Those were offset by an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff--especially everyone at the front desk. They were terrific.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Interstate. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Floor/dirty carpets! No courtesy phone in the room. I was put in the floor with all the service animals and other pets. My room was not clean and when I told the person on duty she told me that she could not clean it and offered me some towels. I felt unimportant and unwelcome!
