We were when up at 3:30am by loud talk in the hallway outside our door. Also a car horn kept blowing to get someone’s attention. Also our credit card was charged too much for the stay. We left a day early.

We are extremely apologetic for the Guest that was also staying with us. We do our best to keep peace and quiet, but when it comes down to it we just don't have the staff to be everywhere at all times. I do realize it is possible to hear traffic and noises out side, Bike week is always a challenge. Perhaps next time we can place you towards the back of the building where is you don’t here the outside traffic. Please know we hope all our guests have a great stay and I realize we missed the mark on your stay. I am sorry and hope you give a another chance to show our true hospitality Thank you!

Easy parking, check in and dogs assigned to 1st floor rooms. Beds comfortable

“ overbooked “ and didn’t have our room available anymore. Unable to provide a receipt since “ we booked through a third party”
