I did not get the room shown in the pictures on Expedia, i was told " we don't show all the photos " . I got a small room with a loud AC, window covering were see through and did not block the light. I had to stay and extra night, i was told i could have a suite, i took the new room. It had black out drapes, central AC and was great. However, I had to pay over $150 more for one night . They were sold out so just did not care about the cost difference when i ponted it out. I would not stay here again.

No elevator and was on 4th floor. No iron, phone or desk in room that was supposed to be suite. Room spacious and clean though.

Know there are no elevators given historical building. We upgraded to a larger room for $80 more per night, deluxe king. It was much larger with a window tho we had to climb 4 floors with our bags. Hotel has a great vibe and is lovely decorated.

Unfortunately internet was down for first day so we’re unable to let family know of safe arrival. Room was much smaller than appears in photos, they did move us to another room that had at least a shelf for clothing. Room was not cleaned EVER during our 3night stay, we left used towels outside our door the second morning ( because we saw others had done this) to indicate we wanted new but came back at night to no towels or cleaning. We helped ourselves to fresh towels. Front desk did not inform us that we needed to request cleaning. We spent little time in our room so otherwise it was good, great location!

Too expensive for what is offered. No elevator. Very old and not updated, but charming in a way.
No coffee in the room and old shower.
In an outstandingly convenient location.
