It looked well kept and clean in the entrance/lobby area and our room was nice and clean.

The hot tub was out if service. It was stated online early this week it was up and working, so we booked this hotel. When we asked about the hot tub we were told it stopped working 2 days ago. That would've been an acceptable answer, but the staff member pretended to contact manager about it via phone. It was very strange. The staff was rude, repeated stating that I needed to call 24 hours before hand to ask about the hot tub. Again strange. The room was clean enough, but the bed was lumpy and pillows very flat. It was very uncomfortable. There was also a fire alarm in the room with a green light on that was so bright during the night. Not a fan. In the morning, we said good morning x2 to the housekeeping staff to be polite and she didnt even look at us as she was passing in the hallway. The front desk staff saw my husband and said they would have called to give offer a better room since the hot tub wasnt working, but it was late and there would be a fee. My in-laws are rewards members for Wyndham and they recommended we stay here. Well we will not be staying here again. Honestly if the staff weren't so rude we wouldn't have worried about the rest of it. We paid way more then it was worth to stay here. I do not recommend.

We are saddened to hear that your stay was not satisfactory. As the hotel has recently undergone renovations, I can assure you that the mattresses and the pillows are all new, and the uncomfortableness you experienced may have to do with that, or your back injuries that you discussed with the front desk clerk. The light, as you mentioned is from the smoke detector that is in compliance with Wyndham standards and necessary in the event of a fire or to monitor smoking in the rooms, as all of our rooms are non-smoking. The HVAC systems that are in all of the rooms are fully functional and has a fan or low setting on it. The hot tub failure was an unfortunate, and unforeseen circumstance, and we do apologize that it was not functional at the time of your stay.

The pool and hotub were great, open until midnight for adults., kids 10pm. Hotel was not crowded, staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast had all we needed and hot food was fresh and hot. Lobby has a great area to gather and sit in for visiting. Hotel is older, but they keep it clean. Easy on and off the freeway. I would highly recommend it.

The place wasnt terrible but the hot tub wasnt working and we called before we reaerved the room to check on that and they said yes its open. It was open but didnt work. I dont usually care about little things like that except for i recently hurt my back and was looking forward to that feature. All in all the place was decent and had multiple restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. One other thing i didnt like was they charged a 100.00 deposit that wasnt disclosed in the booking process

Stuck with a room that didn't have a bathtub with a 4 year old. The hot tub did not work.

Took me over half hour to check in because they didn’t know how to check me in. Room sheets had pills from being over used. Bath towels were stained. Bathroom floor had dry grass all over the floor and in the tub. Not swept. Laundry room had a tweeker in it doing drugs. INext morning there was no coffee left in the coffee pot and there wasn’t maybe 5 total guests including myself. Staff was on the phone.

I apologize for your unpleasant experience and the long wait at check in. Unfortunately, the coffee was brewing at the time that you arrived, and it is unfortunate that you could not stay to enjoy a cup. Also, it would be unfair to make assumptions about other guests.
