I like the spaciousness of the rooms, balcony and privacy
The convenience of walking to town and beach
BBQ and pool area, laundry and other amenities
Underground, secure parking
Decor a little tired and dated, however comfortable and had all the amenities you would want when away from home (Also bathrooms could accommodate those with ambulant needs). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner didn’t work after letting them know and was told they would get someone in to fix it nothing was done luckily the maintenance guy was on duty when we came back and he did get us a portable aircon but was too noisy to sleep with. Very uncomfortable humid conditions with no aircon made it a sleepless 3 nights

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I got stuck in Byron for the night and their amenities exceeded all my expectations and needs. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful.
