the "fitted" sheet was not actually fitted to the mattress, just rested on top. the breakfast was mediocre. and the neighborhood is very historic but one of the least safe in lisbon

The property was a bit hard to find.
There's limited dining options nearby, but try Kossie's Cafe just a half a block aeay. Great people there, fabulous atmosphere and great food.

They would not budge on the 2;00 check-in time. We arrived off of a cruise ship at 7:30am and were told nothing could be done until 2:00. There is nothing open in the are that early so we were forced to wander the area until 9:00 am when the castle opened. They did take care of our bags to their credit. The bag area was full when we returned so I think this happened often. The street it is on is hilly and was difficult for two different cans to find. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Breakfast was good.
