We like this hotel very much. We arrived with friends who stayed last year in this hotel. Their recommendation was great.

Nice hotel, convinient location.
Rooms are bigger than usual for the city center.
But, no luggage services were offered and available.
Unexpected for 5 stars property.
Other than that all was good.

Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsUnfortunately, the hotel decor was run tatty and run down in the room, the reception area was very nice.
The breakfast was very expensive and not of a high standard.
They advertised room service was available although when we attempted to use the service the receptionist informed us that they were not running it on that particular day.
Average to poor hotel, not worth the price.

Very nice property on the main boulevard in central Lisbon where all the designer shops are. A wide tree lined boulevard that is very pleasant to walk around. The room was really nice with an excellent bathroom.

The property was great! The breakfast was not worth 50 euros for 2 people. Go out and get something down the street better for a third of that.
