Odor in room. Horrible decor including chocolate carpet. Stale popcorn in lobby. $300 a night!

Our room was super quiet and peaceful. The house keeping was good. The pool and spa were really nice and the pool guy was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the staff weren’t particularly happy. Most didn’t seem to enjoy their work.

Great place to stay in Lisbon. Reasonably close to attractions with access to Metro. Very good staff and breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located to the main city of Lisboa. Staff was very courteous and helpful. be it breakfast time or room upkeep, everything was being taken care of superbly. Room and bathroom were amazingly fresh as if this hotel was recently constructed.

The property is wonderful overall. Charming and luxurious. Sadly it is slightly dated and some things need to be renovated.
I'd certainly go there again, but it needs to either improve or it's prices must be adjusted to reflect it's deficiencies.
