We always like to book this hotel because it offers us everything we need when we are in Lisbon.
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in the heart of the city

Too far away from the city center. The temperature of the shower water is uncontrollable, it is immediately hot and at the moment cold.The bottle gel in the shower was empty, we had to call in order they bring the gel to the room. The restaurant was terrible. Only buffet because of the lack of employees to prepare varieties of plates.

I had requested twin beds and was only given a full size bed! And no I was not recognized my VIP Status

Staff was friendly. Our room was nice and clean. Had to take cabs everywhere.
