Lovely hotel, great service, friendly staff. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to and from Cascais town (not on weekends) although it is a lovely walk along the coastline. The bar staff make great cocktails!

Best go-to in Cascais, and probably greater Lisboa

Staff are great, especially front desk - always well staffed, professional, efficient, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Pool perfectly warmed. Outdoor pool also maintained and usable. Easy stroll to Pingo Doce, farmacia, and endless spectacular coast, including the mouth of hell.

It was a good location. The room and hotel were nice. We had a balcony which was nice. Room was spacious. Breakfast had great variety.

I didn’t like that the A/C wasn’t working the whole time of our stay, it was quite hot and very unpleasant to get a good night sleep!!!!!

AC did not work the week of pur stay. Very disappointing ..Also not allowed on the back patio after 8pm...only option was to ho out or stay in the hotel lobby with no AC

Great family stay

We had a lovely stay as a family of 4 at the Pestana Cascais for 4 nights. Friendly and helpful staff, good indoor and outdoor pool and outdoor areas and a decent breakfast with a wide selection. The bedroom suite was very spacious with a big balcony and though basic and a bit tired it was very clean. The kitchenette and fridge were a great addition. Beds could be comfier. The hotel is a 5 min taxi drive to the main town ( taxi rank 2/3 mins walk from the hotel) and very easy to get a train to Lisbon. The best part was our evenings spent at Casa da Guia - just a 5 min walk from the hotel this area has a lovely selection of restaurants and bars over looking the sea and lovely all lit up at night. Excellent waffle/crepe van too! A more residential area but a very good bakery/ cafe and small supermarket across the road, and a wonderful Pingo Doce supermarket 5 min walk away (near taxi rank under apartments)

Very well run hotel. We enjoyed our stay: good selection for buffet breakfast, clean room and surrounding area, quiet location. Was not too far to city center and local restaurants. Extremely friendly staff. Definitely will consider this hotel next time I will visit Cascais.
