No elevator.

Very bad staff very bad service totally unsafe and not kids / family friendly
Had to cancel reservation and book another place on my expense

Mrs Mina, in response to your terrible comment, I have to tell you that you are a terrible customer who does not respect hotel standards, you arrived at the hotel at around 7am with the demand to enter the room at that time, as a guest should know (information that is readable on the booking platform) that check-in is only from 2pm, as at 7am all rooms are occupied, however you were offered a living room to rest until the room was ready, with total arrogance, he did not accept, he preferred to go look for another hotel that was available at that time, so as he made a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation, it was not possible to make a refund, the hotel was not at fault, we followed all legal regulations, therefore we did not have any responsibility for what happened, the room was unoccupied for only 2 days as required by law. Therefore, dear client, there is no reason or basis for all this arrogance.with my regardsThe managementLeonardo Coelho

The only thing we didnt like was not having an elevator which was hard on my friend who has a bad knee but otherwise the staff was great, room was a good size and clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Love the location super convenient for everything but it can get loud at night since its near a square.

Well located; courteous staff; too rushed for breakfast! Noisy at night; area behind
Hotel not too nice! Room was spacious!

Wish they would give out two or more sets of keys, and the front door was controlled by a customer key or some sort. Only had to use the door after hours when it was closed, and it was quick and easy to get open, but I'm just being very picky at this point.

Excellent staff, breakfasts were delicious, and proximity to all the interesting sites was excellent!

The location is convenient. The place is very clean. The place has no elevator, so it was hard climbing up the stairs with all or luggage. The location's sugn is not easily visible.
