I was really looking forward to stay at the property since we had stayed in a previous NH hotel in Florence and we had the best time and experience there, unfortunately this property in Sintra was far from that, the hotel needs a major makeover on the outside of the hotel, it looks so rundown and old. The inside is pretty ok but the rooms also need a makeover. The location of the property is not the best since no taxi really go there when you call and Uber. But I do have to said it is close to restaurant and train. The staff where nice too

Worth extra $ to get river view room. Windows have good soundproofing.
Great breakfast buffet with coffee machine.
Parking 20£/NT but very safe inside hotel’s garage.

Beautiful place!! Love the location. Sintra is so pretty. Host was also amazing.

Next to the National Palace and steps to central Sintra, NH is a gem and the staff accommodating and friendly.
The bathrooms are are a good size while a bit dated however the rest of the experience is excellent.
