Memmo Alfama is truly a hidden gem. The terrace/restaurant had a million dollar view overlooking Alfama, paired with amazing food and drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had what we needed. The location was perfect for our stay, so close to so many major landmarks and allowed us to walk to pretty much anywhere we needed to go. The room was so clean, we got the partial ocean view balcony and it was truly magical. I cannot say enough for much we love this hotel, we will definitely return in the future. Overall the hotel claims 4 stars but it definitely deserves 5 stars.

Great hotel - Great location to go to castle (around the corner). Great location for all excursions we participated in. Great view of the river. Would like a little more up to date gym equipment.

Staff was great and very helpful. Room though small had everything you needed. View from deck was stunning.

The staff are super friendly and helpful really cant do enough to please, the hotels terrace is tranquil and relaxing especially after a morning sightseeing

Great hotel. Room & bth very nice, roof deck is phenomenal, staff helped us with restaurant suggestions and breakfast was great ( because we hadn’t pre-booked it it was 20 extra).

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly….Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely return to this property. Cannot empathize enough how great the staff is. One suggestion: if you have a lot of luggage choose one of the larger rooms. We were fine with one large suitcase but would have been challenging.
