Staff is very attentive and helpful with information, such as metro schedules and such. Always available either in person or via telephone. Very professional. Having 24 hour reception is very convenient and comforting. The metro is very close to the hotel making it also a very convenient location.
The only downside is that being next to a busy street it can be noisy at night, so earplugs or a white noise machine may come in handy. The walls are a little thin.

Very nice hotel.... Easy to access downton. But, parking is far away. Another problem is related to its proximity to the immigration supporting house. Therenyou can several people living in tends.

The property is located in the heart of Lisbon so it's very convenient. The surroundings, although there are not dangerous or noisy, are dirty.

Lovely property, easily reached using the excellent transport network . Some people may consider the surrounding area a bit on the 'rough' side, but we had no issues...visited a couple of nearby restaurants which were also very good
