We had a great time. The staff took care of us and were very friendly. Raquel went the extra mile to make sure we had access to our VIP benefits and had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Fabulous room overlooking Rossio Square. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great choice at breakfast, great continental and hot food selection plus you can order additional hot items from the menu to be cooked to order. Fabulous location, very central and easy to get to from airport using the metro. Rossio metro station is only a 1 minute walk away. A perfect stay and would highly recommend.
