the water in the spa pool was cold was better if the pool will be heated pool

The facility was great but the staff was overwelmed. It appeared they did not have enough on staff. But may have just been a shortage for that one evening.

This seems like a fairly new hotel. It smells so good inside everything is clean and beautiful. The restaurant bar was nice. (which, as a solo traveler is important for me!) I was only here for one night, but it was very nice and although it was rainy season and the outdoor area was closed, they have a nice new area coming soon and also a rooftop area that will be awesome.

Staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful. As well as concierge. Good location especially when you attend a conference. Very nice spa space. But we could not use the swimming pool due to broken ladder.
