There were many things that went wrong over our short 24 hour stay which made this extremely disappointing especially for the price and the reputation of the Hilton. Our TV and fridge didn’t work, we had bought food for our plane the next day which all went bad because we couldn’t refrigerate it. We called down and someone came up to try to fix it but he was unable to, they apologized but didn’t seem to really care enough to make it right. We also called down to change our pillows and were told someone would come bring us pillows but they never did. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is also incredibly small, and the walls are paper thin so it felt like we were living with the neighbours’ kids. The AC also wasn’t cold enough, but it was fine because we opened the windows and luckily it was a cool night.

Great accommodations and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is first class. A minor critique is that the washrooms are a bit outdated, but not a deal breaker by any means. Loved my stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon.
