The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The space is beautiful including the roof top gym with amazing views!

Doesn’t get any better than staying at the Ritz. Staff is friendly and above helpful.

Very dissapointed, feont desk manager rude, 3 pieces of cashmere pullovers destroyed by their dry cleaners, car wash came back with bird poop on the ferrari, overall a bad experience and then an overcharge on top of it

Love this place and the reception girl Ester was amazing, really the best I've met in the many hotels I've stayed in all over the world!!!
