Very badly located on top of the lift.

It was very difficult to climb up the hill and steep stairs really hard climb with suitcases. No door to the toilet very dirty bedding. I booked the room for 3 people as we have a teenager there was just one bed and some dirty soiled bedding. Was not a pleasant stay we were really thinking of moving into another place

No washer and dryer provided as mentioned, although he finally gave us laundry service, and need 5 minutes more to climb up deeply slope to reach.

Spacious place in central location but overpriced

Stayed for two nights in May. The place is spacious and clean but the amenities and maintenance are not up to the level expected for the priced paid. Owner and staff were friendly but forgot to send us the check in instructions until we phoned. Better options for your money in my opinion.

It’s in a great area but you do have to be able to walk up hill. I never saw any check in person for my time there which was ok if you don’t need anything. Found keys and just made myself at home.

Worst experience

The apartment was filthy. There were spider webs and little bugs all over the place, I felt so uncomfortable during my stay. The Wifi didn't work either. I paid my stay before arriving and on my second day a guy who claimed to be working there asked me to pay cash, only cash. I refused to pay as I knew it was all paid for. They have refused to issue an invoice for my stay and they are blanking my emails and calls. Do not recommend this apartment, especially if you're on a business trip as you will not receive an invoice or receipt for your stay.

Great apartment. Close to the heart of Lisbon. Bit hard to find as no cars can drive on this street.

The apartment was hard to find when we got there.

Pros: The room was attractive
Cons: A staff member should be available 24 hours.
Location: It was in the city centre, lot of restaurants and the famous rossio square
We go there in the evening and there were no staff to assist us. we were knocking on the door and waiting for 2 hours. It was ridiculous service. I informed the apartment staff what time we all will be landing and what time we are expected to get to the apartment. But there were no staff. Made us wait too long.

Cosy with character

Like previous reviews this apartment requires good physical level of fitness, but coming home each day was a good training session! The room was on the top floor and had great views (both sides) and great breezes each evening. Despite the heat, air conditioning was not needed.Apartment was cosy with style and character but no cupboards for clothes etc. We stayed 6 nights and lived out of our suitcases. Good location - very central to everything but a little away from the tourist bustle. Sylvia helped us as much as possible with any requests, very friendly and really wanted to help. She was great for local knowledge. Be aware that taxis can't get to the entrance of the hotel. Ask to be dropped off at the top of the stairs -not the bottom as it's a little easier for carrying bags.
