Outstanding Staff
Posted 11 Jun 2023 on HotelsBeautiful grounds with a view of the smoking Vulcano, absolutely stunning. A fantastic pool and beautiful black beach make this a really fun hotel. The service is fabulous, the staff really cares about making your stay comfortable.

Definitely coming back again! The place is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. So much fun!! Can not beat location!!

Horrible place, do not stay here
Posted 23 Sep 2021 on HotelsOutdated resort, no one takes care of it, very dirty compared to the resorts near by, very expensive, does not worth the value of the money, horrible bar/restaurant, breakfast was awful. Very dissatisfied with everything except the transfer service.

The hotel is in a great location however, we were highly disappointed by the cleaning standards especially during covid times. We were given a triple room even though we asked for a double, the bathroom was dirty with hair stuck on the wall and used shower gel, really not what you expect from a 4 star resort.The next day someone came to clean, so I couldn’t shower that night, none from the staff was wearing mask or gloves as part of covid measures. Very disappointing experience, I come in Vulcano every year but won’t return to this hotel and I don’t recommend it.

The resort is quiet and peaceful and has all the amenities you need. It was great to be close to a beach and have access to onsite massages. The rooms are very clean and have beautiful tile floors.

Not a four star.....
Posted 12 Jul 2019 on HotelsLocation is very good just that’s about it. Hotel is a bit run down and for sure this is not a 4 star hotel. Service is not good neither. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again.....

Great place to relax and unwind The island is relatively small so you can walk to most parts the climb to top of the volcano is best done in the early morning as the route gets hot during the day

La struttura si presenta bene, pulita e accogliente.
Anche il personale è gentile e disponibile.
La grande pecca sono i servizi, essendo venuti i primi giorni di settembre forse è considerata bassa stagione, ma non è professionale avere il bar della piscina chiuso e per dover comprare anche una bottiglia d’acqua dover uscire dalla struttura.
Giudizio finale: bella struttura ma consigliata solo nei periodi di punta, quando i servizi e l’attenzione sono da quattro stelle.
