We had a problem with our dog who was sick and had some great help from the staff. She helped us find a veterinary and the way to go there. The hotel is very well situated. The room was calm and clean. The breakfast was perfect. Thanks a lot

Wonderful hotel. Very convenient location right off of the tram stop and nice decor. Staff are friendly and approachable as well! Highly recommend!

Overall okish stay with some disappountments.

I paid for breakfast, but my name was never on the list. I was really cold at night with a single bed duvet on a King bed. The bathroom floor had suspicious thick blobs on the floor and wall next to the toilet, which remained, in spite of a "clean". No kettle. Doors slamming. Very expensive Gin, so I had my drinks elsewhere. The TV comes on with the lights. A plus was 100% soundproof from street noise.

Very good location on the central square, any my room on the back was quiet. The layout was very confusing though, and several of the internal signs were wrong., If there was a kettle in the room, this would be 10/10.
