The hotel is located conveniently near to a tram stop of all the 4 tram routes. It is also next to a casino, though I did not experience any noise or safety issue. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area around, including the one inside the hotel, close quite early. The hotel looks modernly furnished, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is a satisfying stay.

Suitable for a couple nights
Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsMy room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.

I booked a King bed but was offered a standard room. The staff is rude to me when I check in. The room is kind of dirty, a dead fly in the sink. The hairdryer is not working.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room's location meant it was completely quiet, which I value. Disappointed that there was no evening bar and restaurant. I used a local Italian restaurant in the evening once during my stay but the service and food were poor.
