Posted 21 Apr 2022 on HotelsPretty good hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is not bad but there are better options in the town. Breakfast is basic but good, although it can get a bit busy. Spa is really nice.

My room was on the top floor. There was no view except a skylight with a broken shade mechanism. I was very claustrophobic in this attic room and it was noisy, too. Reception was very friendly but the room and food was very average.

It is located perfectly close to the Mount Etna national park and it is a great resort
