For the price it was OK. Very outdated rooms. Only stayed for 1 night.

There were people screaming and arguing in the hallway at 3:00AM. It was so volatile we were to frightened to open the door. So close to downtown and the University but sketchy as heck

I want to assure you that what happened is not the norm. We have front desk coverage 24 hours a day, and are suppose to walk the halls doing security checks, so I'm disappointed my staff didn't pick up on the situation and stop it before it escalated. If you would give us another try, or even staying at a different hotel and an occurrence like this happens contact the front desk so we can intervene. Nobody should have to endure such behavior at 3am. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do hope you would give us one more try. Sincerely,Juli L

Its a great place for a cheap visit. The rooms are a little outdated and in need of upkeep, but otherwise its a good place to stay if you're looking to save a few bucks. Also, walking distance to most things in downtown Lincoln.

Nice layout of room, but it has definitely seen better days. Could use a refresh/some tlc. Was inexpensive compared to other options, so from that perspective, it wasn't bad. It did seem to have people up at all hours of the night which seemed a bit odd and could disrupt some people's sleep.

Great for the price.

A little run down, but overall nice place for the money. Elevator could use a good cleaning, and the last inspection posted was July 2018. (?) The room is great, with a seperate seating area from the bed, and a nice kitchen. This is not our first stay here and wont be our last I'm sure. Walking distance to the Bourbon, where we attend concerts, which is a plus. (Just be aware of your surroundings.) Great restaurants nearby as well.
