The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked if I wanted first or second floor which was great because I have a bad knee (1st floor). The mattress was far too soft, but the room had a refrigerator and microwave along with free Wi-Fi. If you can overlook the hotel’s desperate need of refurbishment, it’s ok for a short stay.

They took half an hour to come to the desk for check in. They then told me they could not find my booking. I insisted I had already paid through Hotels.com. They then found me but told me they had no non- smoking rooms. They sent me next door to their ‘sister’ hotel. They gave me a room that literally just had a bed in it. This is the second pathetic hotel that Hotels.com has given me. I’m almost ready to ditch you guys

It's a basic hotel, don't ask too much. It's convenient by its location just outside the airport.

Never stay here

Made a reservation way in advance got there and there was nobody at the desk. Called on the phone and the very rude guy said no rooms. I stated that I had a reservation and he said all reservations are based on room availability so it's pointless to even make a reservation. Had to find a new hotel for me and my young children

Eeewwww!! I paid money for this???

The hotel ran out of rooms despite me being pre-paid and calling to tell them I would arrive around midnight. They sent me next door to Sunset Inn. Entire building was a DUMP. Smelled like cat pee in the halls. Ceiling was flaking off in chunks in my room. Cracked tub, leaking tub, holes in walls. At least there weren't bugs!

This place is not honest. We reached it and they were not offering what they stated in the advertisement. They told us not to register and we can leave and not get charge. Yet, now Orbitz tells me they stated we stayed there. We actually booked another place for the same night. So we paid for two places and they stole our money. Be careful, this is a hotel of thieves.

Ceiling was peeling off. Only one lamp/light. It was dark. AC really didn't work well. The place was falling apart. Needed serious maintance. Door was so tight I thought the lock was broke and was stuck in the room. I will NEVER go back
