Wow...... I went on my annual girlie holiday. Alone with my niece and Isla her 7 year old daughter. Because of the Kerfuffle this year, our holiday abroad was cancelled so we decided on a staycation instead. We decided on a Yurt holiday for 3 days, I then came across Lincoln Yurts it looked perfect for what we wanted. My god we were not disappointed it is fabulous. Darren and Katherine the hosts are just amazing, friendly, down to earth, and you can tell they love what they do. We ordered breakfast everyday, cooked really well and steaming hot then delivered to your yurt at a time that fits with you, Every Yurt has its own bathroom which are really palatial, you share a kitchen with the other yurts, it has everything you need. The chickens run free throughout the day, we were visited Dailey by them all, our favourite was Denise. I will definitely go back. Don’t hesitate to book it’s an amazing experience.

Perfection!

Totally amazing experience all round. The yurt was fabulous, as was the welcome, the breakfasts, the hot tub and the location. I can't fault a thing. Thank you Kath and Daz for everything you did to make our stay so perfect!

An amazing stay!

Arranged as a surprise for my fiancé. We were blown away with our stay at Lincoln Yurts. We had 2 nights in the Mongolian Yurt but wished we had longer. The Yurt was beautifully decorated and was very romantic with the candles and fairy lights on. Kath and Darren were amazing hosts and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The full cooked breakfast delivered to our door were well worth the money and set us up for the day. The fully equipped bathroom was a short stroll from the Yurt and continued the high standards.

My wife Hayley and I love "quirky" accommodation... As a result I booked this stay for her 40th birthday weekend away. After trolling through page after page of possible Yurts, shepard huts and cabins etc I found an article recommending Lincoln Yurts. I'm so pleased I booked it... The French Yurt was beautifully decorated and my wife loved it. The added bonus being the view out onto fields full of horses, the solitude of not being overlooked by the other yurts and the relaxed nature of the stay. The amenities were great with the added bonus of the new hot tub... Plus the fantastic shower in the private bathroom and kitchen facilities. Darren and Kath couldn't be more friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable (without being pushy or in your face at all). Nothing is too much trouble and you're made to feel very welcome. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful Yurts in a countryside Location

Posted 24 Sep 2018
Pros: The Candles The Log Burner in the Yurt The Peace and Quiet
Cons: As this was our first time in this type of accommodation, we didnt realise we needed our own bath towels. Darren helped out once more.
Location: Easy to find with Sat Nav, and half a mile along a lane. The nearby Indian Restaurant was closed, so you need to drive 2-4 Miles to find Restaurants.
We enjoyed a 2 night break here, and i have to say i wasn't sure what to expect really. The communication from Darren (Site Manager) was excellent, and following a quick text one hour from arrival, he arranged the lighting of the Log Burner and the Candles, so it was snug and warm when we arrived early evening. There are only 5 Yurts, each individually themed, and all looking out over fields. Each Yurt has its own private bathroom with Hairdryer, etc, and a fantastic Bath/Shower arrangement. All spotlessly clean, and positioned immediately behind the accommodation. There is a kitchen at the end of the Block with free Tea/Coffee etc. We booked the breakfasts, Full English, which were huge, and extremely hot when delivered by Darren to our Yurt. There are dining facilities inside and outside on the Decking. They also do a Fire Pit, to sit around at night, for a nominal Charge. All in all, an excellent time, in a huge very comfortable bed with the Log fire burning. Just fantastic, thankyou Darren for looking after us so well.

If you want relax this is the place for you.

Glamping at its best - if you want to get everything you need if not everything you think you want but don’t really need then this is the place for you - just go relax and chill in the warmth of a log burner watching the sun set from the comfort of your large bed. The facilities block is awesome for a camp style site - a rainfall shower and a steam cabinet and each yurt has its own so no sharing. So if you want to have a break and relax into the best version of yourself then stay here.

Best Luxury Camping Ever

Posted 15 Aug 2018 on Hotels
It was amazing, Darren & Kat were fantastic hosts. They allowed our kids to pet the animals and everything we needed was provided. The Kitchen and especially the luxury bathrooms were brilliant, best Luxury Camping ever. We shall indeed be back next year.
