The Hotel was perfectly OK for our 5 night stay, while being the 'poor relation' of the main Holiday Inn on the marina a bit closer to the heart of town. The in house dining is pretty ordinary, the room's tea and coffee supplies very basic, and the only problem at night was noisy students (it's located amidst large University lodgings) down below in the street in the wee small hours which woke us on two nights.

Walking distance to town, Brayford water front and all that Lincoln has to offer. Have used this property several times.
