When I needed ice for my knees after a day of hiking, the manager sent his son home to get some since there wasn't a machine on the property. That's customer service.

I needed a place to spend the night on my way elsewhere and this place was perfect value for the purpose. Clean and comfortable. Kudos to property management for contacting me to make arrangements for my late check-in!
