Only thing was the pillows were too soft and not to our liking! Otherwise no complaints. Will definitely be back some day.

Enjoyed our stay at Doubletree Hotel in Lincoln. Staff were all pleasant and helpfull but breakfast still leaves a lot to be desired. Lovely big room although the bed was quite hard and the pillows very soft.

Just an average hotel. Room and bed was large but bed was hard and creaky, room temperature hard to control so room was cold most of the time and plug was stuck in the bath! Food was not very warm at breakfast the first morning but better the second morning. Would have liked some toiletries in the room, i.e shower cap, slippers and water etc. but was told they didn't supply them even though we are Hilton honours members.
