Hallway on the 3rd floor was very warm; but the room was nice and comfortable

Our door cards frequently didn't work even after exchanging them. Very frustrating. No microwave in the room.

Charged my room 3 times for 1 night

We didn't charge you for 3 nights. Your card was declined while trying to get incidentals as you smoked in our rooms and violated our hotel policy. If you need more assistance please give us a call. Thanks

Checking in was great, people above us were heavy walkers all night long keep waking us up. Stopper on bath room sink not hooked up. Breakfast was ok, except eggs someone put a lot of salt on them. The place needs a face lift. Staff very helpful and polite.
