The only real problem I had was the fridge in my room did not have an ice maker. & the middle washer in the guest laundry would not spin.

Key and door mech. Did not work correctly. Had to constantly go down to lobby for help

Disgusting!!

The worst extended stay I have ever been to, the room was barely clean, dirty dishes with rusted pots and pans. Old and stained tub with dingy towels and let’s not talk about the foul spell throughout the 1st floor! I almost threw up it stink so bad! The have some people that live there long term who had the whole 1st floor near the elevator funky! Laundry room was gross, dirty stained washers and dryers that look like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. Front desk and housekeeping coming in your room at 8 in the morning unannounced and someone snuck in the room and went into the bathroom while my daughter was in bed at 8 in the morning. Please do not stay there! The staff is weird and creepy, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
