The property was very clean and nice but the costumer services from the front desk was awful and rude

I think that the staff was friendly, informed, and always on top. My grandchildren were allowed to come and swim and the hot tub in the room was great for relaxing before bed! This is going to be my permanent vacation spot in lincoln! Thank you all

Only problem for me, I'm disabled , bad back. The only chair was a stiff desk chair.
