Properly location is nice right on the beach although the patio’s are outdated and need refurbished but overall it was an 8 outa 10

I would consider this more like a motel than a hotel. There was a fee when I checked in for $50 that I was unaware of, when I purchased online, it said $4 was due at check in, so I was annoyed by that. The staff were kind, but not very professional, they were having a private conversation while they were checking me in, which I thought was a little rude. The rooms are accessible from outside. The room was decent, there was someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was lots of dust on the floor under the furniture, very accessible, which makes me wonder how often they deep clean the rooms. The bathrooms had no fan, just heating light. The bed was comfortable and looked clean. The balcony was nice. There is a pool house on the property but lots of mold was seen in it.
Overall for a cheap stay, this place is decent. I think it's a fancy motel. Not like your standard hotel.

The walk to the beach under the rooms did not feel safe for my daughter and me Also,gettingto the pool fromthe rooms is very inconvenient.

Nice place for any price. Convenient location and easy to come and go from here or just enjoy the beach out front. Clean and comfortable.
