Loved it. Of course the age shows, but it gains in charm, plus the swimming pool is priceless at 5pm

We stayed at Santiago for 4 nights while visiting friends. The hotel is close to pretty much everything around Linares. Friendly staff.

One night stay, not much time to appreciate

Pros: Classic decor, with good taste and general condition
Cons: Breakfast needs better attention, more attentive staff and better and more varied selection of foof items.
Location: Nicely located at heart of city of Linares
Nice hotel, classic decoration in general good condition. The knob of my climate control on the wall was missing, but fortunately temperature cooperated. Breakfast leaves a lot to be dired: too poor.

Posted 5 Jul 2015 on HotelsOlder hotel downtown with a great inside look. No open restaurant, but a good Italian restaurant next door. Parking garage a great asset. The wife enjoyed close by shopping. I enjoyed the city cold water fountain on the shopping street. This was a good overnight stop.

Good Value Hotel in Town Centre
Posted 4 May 2015 on HotelsWe stayed t the Santiago as part of a road trip through Spain. It is easy to find in the Town Centre, and has secure underground parking. Their is a nice Italian restaurant next door. The common areas are very well kept and comfortable. There was a wedding in the Hotel on the evening that we stayed, but we did not hear any of the usual music noise that accompanies these vents, the rooms were effectively sound-proofed. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel for an overnight stay if you need to rest on your way to the south of Spain. The hotel is very comfortable, helpful staff.
