Pool areas are beautiful and plentiful. The rooms are dated - and the food was okay.

This is a large property with many areas to maintain and manage. The staff was friendly and the property was very well kept. Good job to the staff for all their efforts!!

I enjoyed everything except for the dinners. They were banquet style and too crowded and noisy.

Sleepless nights in Garda
Posted 19 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe location has an amazing view of Lake Garda. Great pools for families. The breakfast is continental. We had some animal in the wall making noise every night and the staff was not helpful in finding a solution to the noise.

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services.
We’re sorry you had some issues with noises in the wall. However, when you told us about that, we sent the maintenance staff to find out what it was. Nothing was found. If you had asked to change room, we would have surely guaranteed you that.
We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the amazing view from the hills above Limone sul Garda and our wonderful swimming pools.
Hoping to see you again at Hotel Royal Village or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy.

Wonderful location over looking Lake Garda.

Not a 4-star hotel, but OK!
Posted 9 Sep 2014 on HotelsWe had a pleasant vacation at the Royal Village. We wanted indoor + outdoor pools, a kids club and a fair price. We got all three. Two outdoor pools with sunbeds were busy, but not overcrowded. The breakfast was more than adequate for our needs. Our 7-year old daughter was happy with the miniclub. The 10-minute walk down to the beach and the center was not a problem at all. But is this a 4-star hotel? I doubt it. The facilities are great but the rooms - at least ours in the main building - are really outdated. If there was any renovation made, then we would definately talk about 4 stars.
