EXCELLENT Location 5mins walk from train station and 5mins to city centre. Beside youngest son engagement party location, where a grear nite was enjoyed by all

I met about half a dozen staff over the duration of my stay and every one of them was friendly and very helpful, in a natural way with no superficiality. Well Done!!

Hotel is in a good location.

Pros: Location
Cons: Our room was extremely warm. We had to open the windows in early April even though the heat had been turned off.
Location: Close to shopping, the train station and pubs.
We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very nice, however the bar service was somewhat slow. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very nice. Front desk service was especially helpful. Overall, a very good stay.

I have been using this hotel for many years. The location is convenient and up to now, the food ok.
Alas, on this occasion everything left a lot to be desired - food, facilities The staff were polite.
They advise me the hotel is in the process of being upgraded.
