The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with lots of food choices! Thank you!

Beautiful hotel and really great staff. Food was excellent- we were there for a wedding. Didn’t really go outside so can’t comment on area around hotel

A perfect stay in every way.
From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted like returning regulars. Clodagh and Siobhan ensured our welcome was warm, engaging, personal and professional.
Throughout our stay no question remained unanswered. No-thing was too much trouble. The whole hotel staff were exceptional.
Our room was an Executive King and it was spacious, clean, well presented and the bed was so comfortable and so large that reception should issue a map in the event of getting lost in the massive duvet!
The room is well equipped coming with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a Krupps coffee pod machine, a chiller, hairdryer and bathrobes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a bath.
The Buffet Breakfast has an amazing range and choice. Whether you want a full Irish or continental, cereal, fruit, cooked meats, cheeses, pancakes, muffins, pastries everything is there and fresh. The list of products is endless.
The hotel bar was a great place to start the evening with a great range of beers, ales and stout.
One small gripe buffet breakfast means the food sitting in serving trays and can be a little cool in temperature. This was our experience the first morning. A tepid cooked breakfast isn’t the best way to start the day! A small gripe and didn't impact our overall enjoyment of our stay at this perfectly situated hotel.
